Reversing Assistant
With reversing of vehicles contributing to so many workplace vehicle accidents , this module helps drivers understand the importance of following HSE best practice when involved in manoeuvring of vehicles. It focuses not only on what to do but why it should be done and of course introduces the dangers of non-compliance.
Safe Use and Operation of a Tail-lift
Despite a tail-lift being a simple operation it remains to be fraught with obvious and not so obvious dangers. Health & safety legislation clearly states that before operating any plant or equipment employers should give suitable training in it’s safe use. Unfortunately because tail-lifts are usually a simply 2-button operation, they are usually overlooked in respect of training. After attending this course each candidate is assessed, given a handbook and training certificate for which they sign an acknowledgement.
